5. INVESTOR’S PERMIT

(a) Requirements for Issuance of Investor’s Permit – New application:

  1. Copy of valid passport
  2. Police Clearance – issued within 6 months of application
  3. Certificate of Incorporation
  4. Copy of the list of shareholders – latest PACRA Printout
  5. Proof of personal investment (Bank Statement, Money transfer, ZRA Form CE20, Bill of Lading from ZRA). If the investor is forming a new company, they must prove that they have brought in Zambia at least US$250,000. Where they are joining an existing Zambian incorporated company, they must prove that they have invested at least US$150,000 in that company.
  6. Title deeds as proof of ownership of land or building, or lease agreement for their business premises
