(a) Requirements for Study Permit Issuance – New application:

1. Copy of valid passport
2. Copy of Police clearance from applicant’s country of permanent residence – issued within 3. months of application – applicants above 18 years old
3. Letter of acceptance from learning Institution/school
4. Status of the host, parent or guardian
5. Medical report
