NOTE: A Transit Permit is issued only to drivers of commercial trucks and their crew when they have exhausted ninety (90) Business Visit Days. The Transit Permit is given initially for a period of one year and may be renewed for further periods of one year.

(a) Requirements for Transit Permit Issuance – Truck drivers and Crews:

1. Copy of valid passport
2. Copy of Driver’s License
3. Proof of exhausting of the 90 days Business Visit
